The policies of
R.E.O. Entertainment have been adopted
to benefit all parties involved with an event.
(Guest of Honor will and always refers to who the event is for and they
must be 18 years old or older. If the Guest Of Honor is not 18 years old
or older the payee is then in charge.)
(The
payee always refers to the person or persons that have signed the
contract.)
(The
contract must always be signed by someone 18 years of age or older.)
1). Whenever a event is held
the establishment or owner of the property has the right to stop or place
limitations on time or actions prior to or during the event.
2). When an event involves a
Bride & Groom, Anniversary Couple, or a Guest of Honor these people are
the primary decision makers at the event for activities and actions during
the event. If the payee of the event is different than the Guest of Honor
the payee defers and the Guest Of
Honor is in charge.
3). Bars or Nightclubs the
owner is always in charge. If the owner is not available, management then
takes charge. If none of the above are available the
Bartender/Waiter/Waitress with seniority is in charge.
4). All DJ's for R.E.O.
Entertainment are required to follow the following steps to deal with any
improper behavior or actions at an event.
1- If a situation arises the dj
will attempt to inform the Guest of Honor.
2- If the situation continues the
establishment is informed.
3- If the situation is not
resolved the Law Enforcement will be contacted.
4- If the DJ at any time feels
that his or her safety is threatened physically or verbally Law
Enforcement must be informed.
5- The DJ will stop the
performance until any situation is resolved.
5). Law Enforcement has the
right to stop or place limitations on an event at any time.
6). At school or youth
events the principal or chaperones will be in charge. They may defer to a
student in charge for planning or activities during the event. Although at
any time any chaperone may make changes and will have the final decision.
7). A $ 30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
8). A $ 50 late fee will be applied if balance is not paid at conclusion
of event.
