The Request Sheet is a guide to help decide some of the types of music you may or may not want for your event. Special songs to be played and for what dance they should be played for. Also you should discuss how you would like to be introduced and when the dance should start.

All of this information will be used during your event planning session. All final decisions for your event will be made during your event planning. Not all the information will come from the request sheet, it is a guide. Many other routines and how you want your event performed will be discussed. Event planning usually takes place about 1 month before your event or at a time convenient for you. It can be over the phone or in person.
