| A. Yes, it is required that the people
that will be speaking receive instructions on the use of the
microphone first. |

our guests to speak? |
| A. No, only a limited number of people can
use the microphone. The cordless microphones are very expensive and
if they are damaged the client would be responsible for repairs or
replacement. |

| A. Whatever
the Bride and Groom allow and what is requested. |

guests make requests? |
| A. Yes, as
long as the requests fit the guidelines set by the Bride and Groom. |

want you to play longer than the contracted time? |
| A. Yes, we
will play longer. Overtime is an extra charge. It does also depend
on the establishment and if they will allow us to play overtime. |

| Q. If you do not have a song will you try
to get it? |
| A. Yes, but we must have enough time to
try. Check our songlist it is very extensive. We will only attempt
to obtain up to 3 new CD's per event. |

| Q. Can we bring our own CD's? |
| A. Yes, but we are not responsible for the
quality of the CD's you may bring. Copies do not always work.
Downloaded songs can be of questionable quality! |

| Q. Can we choose our DJ? |
| A. Yes, However when we meet with you for
your event planning. We use that information to pick the best DJ for
your Wedding Dance. If you do have a preference, yes you can choose
a specific DJ if that DJ is available. |

| Q. Is the deposit refundable? |
| A. No, deposits are not refundable. We
will however give you the chance to apply your deposit to another
date if it is available and only for one year. |

| Q. When is full payment due? |
| A. Before we start payment must be made in
full. Full payment is required once our equipment is set up. |

| Q. What if we have to cancel? |
| A. Contact us immediately! To avoid the
possibility of mileage charges or other expenses. |

| A. No, Never!!! |

| Q. Are your DJ's experienced? |
| A. Yes, All of our DJ's have years of
experience. Trainees or Assistant DJ's go through extensive training
before they are allowed to be a DJ or do an event on their own.

| Q. What kind of equipment do you use? |
| A. We use only professional sound and
lighting equipment! We are also computerized which allows us to have
thousands of songs at every event. The sound quality is excellant
and there is no skipping. It also allows us to find requests very
fast. |

| Q. Do you have backup equipment? |
| A. Yes, We have multiple backups built
into our systems. We also bring CD's for backup purposes. Our DJ's
are also trained on troubleshooting the systems and how to switch to
backup equipment. |

| Q. Are you the best? |
| A. That is for our clients to decide! Many
of our clients claim we are but we are not that arrogant to say we
are. Our clients get a lot for their money! |

| Q. How far will you travel? |
| A. Technically anywhere but the areas we
mainly serve are Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Upper
Michigan. Outside of those areas the cost of travel gets quite
expensive and we often recommend to our clients that they can
probably find a DJ closer that will be much cheaper. We will go
almost anywhere though if you are willing to pay for it! |
